September 6, the next European Cup season in the UEFA Women's Champions League 2023-2024 begins.
The first round consists of two stages, which the clubs will play in the format of the semi-finals (September 6) and the finals / third-place matches (September 9). The winners of each of the finals (Road of Champions and Road of League Representatives) will make it to the second round.
In 2023, for the first time in the history of Ukrainian women's football, the Premier League clubs competed to determine the two teams that will represent Ukraine in the Women's Champions League next season. According to the results of the competition, the national champion, "Vorskla" from Poltava, will begin their performances at the first qualifying stage of the Champions' Path, and the team that took second place in the championship, "Kryvbas" from Kryvyi Rih, will play in the first round of the Path of League Representatives.
According to the results of the draw, it was determined that in the semifinals of Group 2 of the "Way of Champions" Poltava "Vorskla" will meet with "Flora" from Tallinn, and in case of success, they will meet the winner of the pair "Sarajevo-2000" (Bosnia and Herzegovina) for a ticket to the second stage - Osijek (Croatia).
