
Konstyantyn ZHEVAGO's FERREXPO has increased funding for its Humanitarian Fund by UAH 145 million to UAH 352.5 million to provide further support to local communities in the region, as well as to broader community support throughout Ukraine.
"Additional funding from the fund enables our team of managers to continue to respond quickly and effectively to the development of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine," the company said.
At the expense of the fund, the company provides logistics for humanitarian goods from European countries, the purchase of food and medical equipment, the purchase of ambulances for hospitals in central Ukraine, as well as the repair of local premises for migrants.
It will be recalled that on March 7, FERREXPO established the Humanitarian Fund to support the communities in which the group's enterprises operate, as well as to help Ukraine as a whole, and sent $ 1.5 million to it.
